Our technology services client is seeking multiple
Printer Management Engineer
to join their team on a contract basis. These positions offer a strong potential for conversion to full-time employment upon completion of the initial contract period. Below are further details about the role:

Role: Printer Management Engineer

Experience: 5+ Years

Location: Bengaluru

Notice Period: Immediate- 15 Days

Mandatory Skills: Printer management, Hardware Troubleshooting , Network Integration

Job Description:

5+ yrs of experience in printer support and maintenance

Responsibilities :

  • Install configure and maintain printer's copiers and related hardware
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues affecting printers
  • Perform routine maintenance and updates to ensure optimal printer performance
  • Provide technical support and training to end users on printer functions and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate printers with network systems
  • Manage printer inventory including ordering supplies and replacement parts
  • Monitor and document all service requests and resolutions
  • Adhere to safety standards and protocols during repair and maintenance operations

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology computer science or a related field
  • Strong technical knowledge of printer's copiers and related hardware
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Certification in A or other relevant technical certifications is a plus
