Position: Sales Operations Lead
Location: Gurugram, Haryana (with travel as needed)
Salary-35,000
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with both existing and new clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth opportunities.
- Oversee and execute the client onboarding process, ensuring timely and seamless integration into the system.
- Complete all onboarding tasks and maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation for each client.
- Identify, build, and onboard new supply partners across various operational clusters to support business expansion.
- Travel to different clusters as required for onboarding activities and ongoing relationship management with clients and partners.
- Maintain clear and organized records of all interactions, processes, and client/supplier activities.
- Communicate updates, requirements, and progress effectively and clearly with all internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred Skills & Qualities
- Street-smart and solution-oriented, with the ability to think on your feet and resolve challenges effectively.
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all operational records.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to convey information clearly, confidently, and professionally.
- Clear and precise communicator, capable of articulating updates, requirements, and instructions to diverse stakeholders.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client onboarding, relationship management, and operational oversight across different locations.
