Job Title: SAP OTC Consultant with Data Migration & Data Validation

Grade: Any Qualification

Location: Remote role

  • Responsible for SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) process configuration Sales Orders, Deliveries, Billing, Credit Management, and Accounts Receivable.
  • Analyze business requirements and ensure end-to-end process alignment with business teams.
  • Lead or support data migration from Oracle to SAP ECC using Syniti ADMM or similar tools.
  • Perform data extraction, transformation, mapping, and loading activities.
  • Define and execute data validation rules, testing scripts, and reconciliation between Oracle and SAP.
  • Support mock loads, cutover planning, go-live validation, and post-migration activities.
  • Create and maintain data mapping, reconciliation, and defect tracking documentation.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate defect resolution.
  • Requires 8+ years in SAP ECC OTC and 3+ years in Oracle-to-SAP data migration experience.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP master and transactional data (Customer Master, Sales Orders, etc.).
  • Familiar with Oracle EBS processes, especially Order Management and Accounts Receivable.
  • Proficient in SQL for data analysis and validation.
  • Experience with test management tools (HP ALM, JIRA, Qtest).
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and data quality in a cross-functional project environment.
