**Main Purpose of the Role**:

**Accountabilities**:

- Understand the points of integration across the various OTC sub-processes and between non-SAP systems connecting to the S4 HANA OTC solution
- Ensure common interpretation of data between the points of integration
- Assist in identifying requirements between OTC sub-processes as well as integration with external systems, especially non-functional requirements for data sequencing, performance/throughput speed as transactions are processed
- Validate functionality thorough testing of processes strung together across sub-processes
- Participate in key Sprint planning, retrospectives and other key ceremonies - Consult / Execute
- Along with the scrum team identify, monitor and implement key agreed-upon improvements - Consult / Execute

**Qualifications/Requirements**:
**Years of Exp**:

- Bachelor’s degree required
- 9+ years of experience configuring, deploying and managing SAP ERP with a focus on building and supporting interfaces in the OTC space
- 2+ years of SAP S4 experience in the OTC space is preferred

**Mandatory Skills**:

- Experience configuring/implementing multiple OTC sub-processes (Order & Contract Management, Pricing, Logistics, DSD and Accounts Receivable) is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of integration patterns, real-time vs batch processing, and trigger points common to interfaces in the OTC space

**Non Mandatory Skills**:

- Strong understanding of the error-handling capabilities common to interfaces in the OTC space.
- Deep understanding of project test phases and testing automation tools
- Knowledge of the master data objects on the order to cash domain and the data migration processes and tools
- Fully aware of the SAP security design implications through global roles. Familiar to the GRC best practices in large corporations as PepsiCo
- Dispatches standard SAP quality issues with OSS (Online SAP Services) and follows up the required break fixes
- Knowledge and experience in the following tools, disciplines and processes are nice to have: SAP SolMan 7+, MS Azure DevOps, Quality Center and MS Project
- Solves highly complex problems within their work team
