Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented PPC Executive with mandatory experience in the jewellery industry to manage production planning, order tracking, and coordination between CRM, CAD, and Factory teams. The ideal candidate must understand jewellery production workflows and ensure timely movement of each order in the system.

Key Responsibilities (KRA):Order & Production Coordination

  • Receive orders from CRM & B2C teams and update them in the system.
  • Coordinate with the CAD team (through designated POC) for design updates and follow-ups.
  • Follow up with Factory/Production teams (through designated POC) to track job status, delays, and progress.

System Management & Data Entry

  • Insert and update accurate data in all FMS modules assigned.
  • Ensure all production stages, approvals, and movements are recorded on time.
  • Maintain WIP (Work-in-Progress) sheet on a daily basis for PPC.

Costing & Approvals

  • Prepare per-costing sheets before final approval (via assigned POC).
  • Ensure costing accuracy and alignment with company pricing guidelines.

Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track order progress from CAD to Factory to Dispatch.
  • Highlight bottlenecks and delays to senior PPC and Production teams.
  • Maintain daily/weekly reports for management review

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Mandatory: Candidate must be from a Jewellery Background.
  • Strong understanding of jewellery manufacturing processes (CAD, Casting, Setting, Polishing, QC, etc.).
  • Experience in PPC, production coordination, or manufacturing data management.
  • Proficiency in FMS / ERP systems used in jewellery production.
  • Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.

Preferred:

  • Experience handling Polki, Diamond, Gold, or Luxury Jewellery orders.
  • Understanding of costing components in jewellery manufacturing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
