Aptos CRM Technical Architect

Roles & Responsibility - Experienced Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of Aptos One, a next-generation unified commerce platform. The role requires deep technical expertise in Aptos solutions, strong architectural design skills, and proven leadership in large-scale retail technology implementations. The Technical Architect will ensure that Aptos One is deployed in a scalable, secure, and integrated manner across CRM, POS, Order Management, and Merchandising modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture -Define end-to-end architecture for Aptos One implementations, covering CRM, POS, Order Management, Merchandising, and Loyalty modules. Design integration strategies with ERP, e-commerce, payment gateways, and third-party applications. Establish architectural standards, frameworks, and best practices for Aptos One deployments.
• Technical Leadership - Lead technical teams through design, development, and implementation phases.  Provide guidance on coding standards, performance optimization, and system scalability. Conduct technical reviews and ensure adherence to enterprise architecture principles.
• Implementation & Configuration - Oversee configuration and customization of Aptos One modules. Ensure seamless integration with legacy systems and cloud platforms.
• Innovation & Optimization - Recommend enhancements to improve system performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency. Stay updated on Aptos One product roadmap and emerging retail technologies.
• Governance & Compliance - Ensure solutions comply with data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements. Establish monitoring and performance metrics for Aptos One systems.
• Stakeholder Collaboration - Partner with business analysts, functional consultants, and project managers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Act as the primary technical liaison with clients, vendors, and internal leadership.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong expertise in Aptos One platform and Aptos retail suite (CRM, POS, Order Management, Merchandising).
• Proven experience in solution architecture, system integration, and cloud-native deployments.
• Hands-on knowledge of Java, .NET, SQL, APIs, microservices, and middleware technologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-country retail implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Information Systems, or computer science.
• 14–16 years of IT experience, with at least 4–5 years in Aptos solutions and retail technology.
• Prior experience as a Technical Lead or Solution Architect in large-scale retail implementations is highly desirable.
