Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding – Manage end-to-end hiring, interviews, and joining formalities.
  • Payroll & Compliance – Oversee salary, attendance, and statutory processes (PF, ESIC, TDS).
  • Employee Relations – Handle grievances and promote a positive, professional culture.
  • Performance Management – Lead appraisal process and ensure fair evaluations.
  • Training & Development – Identify training needs and conduct learning sessions.
  • Policy Implementation – Enforce HR policies and ensure labor law compliance.
  • Health & Safety – Maintain safe, hygienic staff accommodation and workplace.
  • Engagement & Retention – Drive welfare activities and retention programs.
  • Exit & Settlement – Manage resignations, exit interviews, and F&F processes.
  • HR Reporting & Strategy – Prepare HR dashboards and support management initiatives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹63,351.32 per month
