Job Overview We are seeking a Human Resources professional for a Mid-Level position at our Andheri location This full-time role requires 4 to 6 years of experience in human resources management focusing on enhancing employee relations and performance management The position is pivotal in maintaining a harmonious work environment by implementing strategic HR processes and policies Qualifications and Skills Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in human resources management with a focus on employee relations and performance improvement Excellent recruitment skills with a track record of efficiently managing the hiring process to meet organizational goals Ability to conduct thorough compensation analysis to ensure competitive remuneration structures within the company Proficiency in talent acquisition identifying skills and improving company workforce strategically Experience in employee engagement initiatives fostering a positive and motivating work environment Skilled in benefits administration ensuring cohesive coordination of employee benefits and understanding regulatory compliance Proven expertise in employee relations Mandatory skill with a focus on compliance transparency and ethical practices Strong conflict resolution Mandatory skill abilities to address and mediate employee disputes adeptly Effective performance management Mandatory skill strategies to align employee output with company objectives Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures that align with the company s strategic objectives Lead recruitment processes from drafting job descriptions to onboarding new hires in alignment with company culture Conduct regular performance assessments and offer constructive feedback to foster employee growth and development Manage employee relations issues promoting effective communication and conflict resolution strategies Oversee compensation and benefits structures to ensure competitiveness and fairness in a dynamic marketplace Implement talent acquisition strategies to attract develop and retain high-quality talent Promote an engaging work environment through initiatives that encourage teamwork collaboration and productivity Provide guidance on disciplinary and grievance processes in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
