Job Description:

We are looking for a self-driven and enthusiastic Telemarketing Executive (Female only) to join our team in a Work from Home role. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone, introducing our products/services, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales process through effective communication.

The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, Hindi, have a pleasant communication style, and possess a customer-centric attitude. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in sales and marketing while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database or lead lists.
  • Explain product or service details clearly and confidently to customers.
  • Handle queries, objections, and follow-ups professionally to close potential leads.
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, warm calling, and follow-up activities.
  • Schedule appointments or product demos for the sales team when required.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and update call logs regularly.
  • Work towards achieving weekly and monthly lead generation/conversion targets.
  • Provide feedback and insights from customer conversations to the marketing and sales teams.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience during every interaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
  • Experience: 0–3 years in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service (freshers can apply).
  • Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
  • Technical Skills:
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Sheets, or calling software is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and listening skills.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.

  • Should be polite, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
  • Comfortable working in a target-based environment.
