**Job Summary**:
The Telemarketing Senior Executive is responsible for leading telemarketing campaigns, generating leads, and converting potential clients through proactive outreach. This role includes supervising junior telemarketing staff, strategising call campaigns, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
- Manage and support a team of telemarketing executives or agents.
- Identify prospects and gather relevant market and customer information.
- Develop and maintain customer databases for follow-up and lead nurturing.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints professionally.
- Monitor call quality, track team performance metrics, and provide feedback and coaching.
- Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions in CRM software.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on lead generation and conversion rates.
- Work with the marketing team to develop effective scripts and campaigns.

- Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills.
- Leadership and team management experience.
- Good understanding of CRM systems and telemarketing tools.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Target-driven and results-oriented.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in, Graduate, Post Graduate Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in telemarketing or inside sales.
- Prior experience in a senior or supervisory telemarketing role preferred.
- Understanding of the B2B tech marketing and lead generation

**Work Environment**:

- Office-based or hybrid.
- Regular business hours may require flexible hours to reach international clients.
- May involve working with headset, dialer software, and CRM platforms.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
