Lushoppy, a leading Indian fitness accessories niche ecommerce platform, is on the lookout for a dynamic Tele Marketing Executive. This role is pivotal in driving the brand's growth through outreach to potential brands and influencers for collaborative promotional ventures.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Outreach**: Engage in outbound calls to prospective brands and influencers to explore collaboration opportunities.

**2. Promotion Activities**: Present Lushoppy's offerings and the advantages of partnering for promotional activities.

**3. Target-Driven**: Fulfill a minimum of 100 calls daily, with call records submitted regularly.

**4. Target Collaboration Goals**: Aim to secure a minimum of 120 successful brand and influencer collaborations per month.

**5. Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of calls and collaborations for reporting purposes.

**6. Incentives**: Earn incentives based on the number and quality of secured collaborations.

**Qualifications**:
**1. Communication Skills**: Proficient verbal communication is essential.

**2. Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to establish rapport swiftly.

**3. Goal-Oriented**: Proven track record in meeting or exceeding set objectives.

**4. Experience**: Previous sales or telemarketing experience is advantageous.
