About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Supplier Invoice Data Analyst to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring accurate processing, analysis, and reconciliation of supplier invoices for curtains, blinds, fabrics, and accessories. You will work closely with the procurement, sales, and accounts teams to validate data, detect discrepancies, and ensure cost accuracy across all supplier transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, validate, and reconcile supplier invoices related to curtains, blinds, fabrics, tracks, motors, and accessories.
  • Cross-check invoice details (pricing, measurements, accessories, deductions) against purchase orders, LPOs, and quotations.
  • Maintain and update supplier invoice records in Google Sheets/ERP for reporting and audits.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies (e.g., wrong fabric codes, measurement mismatches, extra charges).
  • Prepare periodic invoice summary reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with suppliers & installation teams to address supplier disputes.
  • Support in automation and data extraction (using Google Apps Script, OCR, and invoice templates) to improve efficiency.
  • Assist in building dashboards & trackers for invoice trends, supplier performance, and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with internal pricing agreements and highlight deviations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 2 years work experience dealing with data or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, QUERY, FILTER, ARRAYFORMULA).
  • Familiarity with curtains, blinds, fabrics, and accessories pricing is highly preferred.
  • Experience with invoice processing, reconciliation, and supplier communication.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
  • Experience with Google Apps Script / automation is a plus.
  • Prior exposure to ERP or inventory systems preferred.
