Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Data Analysts / BI Developers with strong skills in SQL, Snowflake, and DOMO to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building and maintaining scalable data models, reports, and dashboards while working with large datasets in cloud-based data warehouses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable and reusable data models using tools like dbt.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to ingest and transform data from various sources.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and documentation across all datasets.
  • Work closely with analysts and business teams to deliver actionable insights.
  • Implement and maintain data testing frameworks to validate pipeline integrity.
  • Optimize SQL queries and data transformations for performance and scalability.
  • Maintain version control and CI/CD pipelines for analytics codebases.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and models in production.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or BI development.
  • Strong SQL skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiency with DOMO (or similar BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience with dbt or similar data modeling tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL/ELT processes.
  • Hands-on experience with Git and CI/CD workflows.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
