Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Caller to join our team. The role involves connecting with potential and existing clients over phone calls, introducing them to our travel services, understanding their requirements, and helping convert inquiries into bookings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote travel services and holiday packages.
  • Handle inbound calls and address customer queries professionally.
  • Generate leads, follow up with interested customers, and convert them into confirmed bookings.
  • Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
  • Provide information about destinations, packages, visa services, and offers.
  • Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth booking processes.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to build strong client relationships.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Tele Caller, Customer Service Executive, or similar role (preferably in travel/tourism).
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Ability to handle objections and convert leads effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of travel services and destinations (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools for maintaining records.
