Job Overview

As a Fashion Consultant at House of Fett, you will act as a style advisor to customers, providing personalized fashion recommendations, driving sales, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. You will play a key role in representing the brand's identity, values, and customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, building long-term relationships.
  • Understand customer preferences, body types, and styling needs to provide suitable product recommendations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends, brand collections, and styling techniques.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets while maximizing customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are met in line with House of Fett guidelines.
  • Assist in stock management, inventory checks, and replenishment.
  • Handle billing, exchanges, and returns as per company policy.
  • Actively contribute to store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
  • Provide styling tips and guide customers on creating complete looks with accessories.
  • Maintain strong brand knowledge to promote cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Retail Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Fashion Consultant / Stylist / Retail Sales Associate in premium fashion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sense of style, color coordination, and fashion awareness.
  • Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems and MS Office.
