Job Summary
We are seeking a customer-focused, style-savvy Fashion Consultant to drive in-store apparel sales. The role involves assisting customers with product selection, offering professional styling advice, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide personalized assistance in choosing apparel and accessories.
- Offer tailored styling suggestions based on trends, body type, and individual preferences.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, product displays, and visual merchandising.
- Process sales transactions accurately and manage point-of-sale (POS) operations.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Stay informed about current fashion trends and product assortment.
Skills & Requirements
- Strong interest in fashion, styling, and delivering excellent customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as required.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic sales reporting.
- Previous retail or personal-styling experience (1+ year) preferred.
