Job Purpose:

To drive business growth by identifying, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with customers, dealers, fabricators, builders, and architects. Responsible for achieving sales targets of uPVC and Aluminium Window & Door systems through effective business development and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in retail, project, and institutional segments.
  • Meet architects, builders, contractors, and interior designers to promote company products.
  • Develop and manage dealer/fabricator network for increased market penetration.
  • Prepare and present quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales effectively.
  • Follow up on payments and ensure timely order execution.
  • Coordinate with design, production, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Conduct regular market research to monitor competition and identify new trends.
  • Participate in exhibitions, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
  • Maintain records of sales activities, leads, and client communications in CRM or reporting formats.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of 
    uPVC / Aluminium Windows & Doors systems
    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong client relationship management and networking ability.
  • Target-driven with a proactive sales approach.
  • Good technical understanding of profiles, fittings, and installation processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate / Diploma in Civil / Mechanical / Marketing (preferred).
  • 1-5 years of experience
     in sales of 
    Windows, Doors, Building Materials, or Construction Products.
  • Proven track record in project sales or dealer development.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.

  • Salary: As per industry standards + Incentives + Allowances etc.
