We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HVAC Draftsman to prepare accurate technical drawings and layouts for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HVAC design principles and proficiency in AutoCAD or related drafting software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed HVAC drawings, layouts, and schematics based on design specifications and project requirements.
• Work closely with the design engineers to develop plans for ducting, piping, and equipment placement.
• Create shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings for HVAC installations.
• Ensure drawings comply with industry standards and company design guidelines.
• Revise and update drawings based on site changes or client feedback.
• Coordinate with architects, civil, electrical, and plumbing teams for proper integration of HVAC systems.
• Maintain accurate documentation and filing of all drawings and revisions.
• Assist in quantity take-offs and material estimation when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or ITI in Mechanical / Drafting / HVAC Design.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Draftsman in the HVAC industry.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or other drafting software.
• Good knowledge of HVAC systems (ducting, chilled water, ventilation, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and architectural drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with MEP coordination.
• Knowledge of ASHRAE / SMACNA standards.
• Basic understanding of site installation practices.
