This solves the biggest problem in online fashion:
People don't know how clothes will look on them - so they don't buy.
We are building a new way to shop - not catalog browsing, not influencer videos, but
a try-on feed personalised to each user

Role Summary
We are hiring
two full-time Brand Partnerships Associates
to bring fashion/D2C brands into Flickd.
The job is
unapologetically outbound
:
- Find the right brands → start conversations → secure meetings with decision-makers.
- You will live inside
Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and email
every single day. - Your output is measurable:
qualified meetings booked
.

Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritise fashion/D2C brands that align with Flickd's ICP
- Reach out daily using high-quality messaging across IG DMs, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and email
- Convert replies into
booked meetings
with founders/CMOs/e-commerce heads - Maintain precise CRM tracking (status → follow-ups → notes)
- Run multi-touch follow-ups (6–8 rounds per brand) until a meeting is locked
- Share objection patterns and insights from conversations to refine positioning
- Work closely with founders/sales to hand over meetings smoothly
Performance Expectations
Weekly KPIs
- 150–250 outbound touchpoints per person
- 20–30 active conversations per person
- 6–10 qualified meetings booked per person
If you consistently hit these numbers, your incentives will exceed industry averages.
Candidate Traits
You will be a strong fit if you:
- Love outreach and selling the first spark of interest
- Are fast and proactive rather than passive or slow
- Handle silence, rejection, and ghosting without losing momentum
- Prefer targets and competition over comfort
- Want to learn high-level sales directly from founders
You won't be a fit if you:
- Avoid outreach
- Need constant supervision
- Get demotivated by slow responses
Required Skills
- Strong short-form written communication (especially persuasive DMs)
- Ability to manage 100+ conversations without losing threads
- Research skills to identify high-potential brands
- Structured daily workflow and CRM hygiene
Preferred experience (not mandatory):
- D2C ecosystem / influencer marketing / SaaS / brand partnerships
- Familiarity with Shopify and Instagram fashion brands landscape
Tools you will use
- Instagram + WhatsApp + LinkedIn
- Gmail
- HubSpot / Notion CRM
- Lead sourcing and automation tools (training provided)
Training, scripts, messaging templates, ICP lists, and playbooks will be provided on Day 1.
Compensation and Growth Path
