Role & responsibilities

  1. ATM Performance Monitoring & Intelligence

  2. Oversee real-time, daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting and dashboards, covering uptime, transaction volumes, error categories, profitability, and penalty exposure.

  3. Build automated dashboards and early warning alerts to track deviations from SLA and performance benchmarks.

  4. Drive insights-led discussions with operations, vendor management, and leadership teams.

  5. Root Cause & Gap Analysis

  6. Lead in-depth root cause analysis of downtime incidents and performance dips across the ATM network.

  7. Identify systemic issues vendor, hardware, network, cash management, or process gaps and recommend targeted interventions.

  8. Forecasting & Predictive Analytics

  9. Use historical transaction and uptime data to build predictive models for downtime, penalty exposure, and revenue

  10. variance.
  11. Conduct scenario planning and what-if analyses to guide deployment, maintenance, and commercial strategies.

  12. Partner with leadership to align analytics outcomes with business growth objectives.

  13. Penalty & SLA Governance

  14. Govern the penalty calculation process for banks, vendors, and internal business units as per SLA terms.

  15. Analyze penalty trends, identify root causes, and support negotiation to minimize financial exposure through data-driven justification.

  16. Monitor vendor SLA adherence and drive performance accountability.

  17. Strategic Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement

  18. Prepare board-level booklets, leadership decks, and operational dashboards summarizing network performance,penalty exposure, and business impact.

  19. Act as a bridge between business and analytics, enabling informed decision-making at all levels.

  20. Tools & Data Expertise

  21. Champion the use of visualization and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent) to create insightful dashboards and analytics layers.

  22. Ensure advanced utilization of Excel, data transformation, and automation techniques to improve process efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 10-15 years of experience in Service Assurance, Business Analytics, or ATM Managed Services Industry.
  • Proven track record of leveraging analytics to drive operational efficiency and commercial outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of ATM operations, SLA structures, penalty mechanisms, and transaction economics.
  • Expertise in BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), advanced Excel, and forecasting techniques.
