Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Implementation Project Manager, located in Gurugram with the flexibility to work partially from home. The ideal candidate will manage project implementation for Zykrr's innovative CX solutions. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, overseeing software implementation processes, ensuring timely delivery of projects, analyzing project data, and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing their requirements effectively. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent and impactful outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Strong Project Implementation and Software Implementation skills, particularly in a SaaS or technology-focused environment
  • Excellent analytical skills to evaluate data and optimize implementation processes
  • Superior communication skills to facilitate coordination between internal teams and clients
  • Commitment to driving Customer Satisfaction and fostering long-term client relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in using relevant project management tools and methodologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; PMP or similar certifications are an advantage
