Job DescriptionJob description :The Associate Head – Quality Assurance is responsible for ensuring that the incoming materials, in-process parts, and finished products consistently meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements.This role plays a critical part in managing quality systems, leading root cause investigations, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and supporting continuous improvement efforts to drive overall product and process excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure incoming materials, in-process parts, and finished goods meet quality standards.Handle PPAP activities for new parts, design changes, and improvement projects.Lead investigations into quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement CAPA.Conduct internal and supplier audits to ensure compliance and drive improvements.Analyses quality trends and metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.Ensure all quality activities follow the company's Integrated Management System (IMS).Knowledge of fabrication processes and powder coating will be an added advantage.RequirementsQualification : BE MechanicalExperience : 12 Years of experience in Manufacturing industrySoft skills : Knowledge in SAP QM Module, MS office and Quality tools.check(event) ; career-website-detail-template-2 => ,meta)" mousedown="lyte-button => check(event)" final- final-class="lyte-button lyteBackgroundColorBtn lyteSuccess" lyte-rendered="">
