  • The Finance Manager plays a crucial role in the financial health .

  • This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing valuable financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

  • Financial Planning & Analysis - Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts.

  • Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and prepare reports for management.

  • Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.

  • Prepare financial models and projections to support strategic business decisions.

  • Oversee all aspects of the accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards (e. , GAAP, IFRS).

  • 4+ years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

  • Strong understanding of GAAP or IFRS.

  • Experience with accounting software (e. , QuickBooks, Xero, ERP systems).
