About the Role:

We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven
Sales Manager
with strong experience in
solution selling
, preferably in
permanent recruitment
. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of engaging and closing deals with senior stakeholders such as
CHROs, Talent Acquisition Heads, and Procurement Leaders
across industry verticals.

This is an
individual contributor (IC)
role with direct accountability for revenue generation and client acquisition in the Delhi and Mumbai regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth for
    permanent recruitment solutions
    .
  • Build and manage relationships with CXOs, especially CHROs, TA leaders, and procurement heads.
  • Lead the
    end-to-end sales cycle
    – from lead generation, proposal creation, solution pitching, pricing negotiations to contract closure.
  • Identify client needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and strategic insight in client meetings and industry forums.
  • Work closely with internal delivery and operations teams to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline, provide accurate forecasts, and meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Desired Profile:

  • 8–15 years of experience in
    B2B sales
    , mandatory in
    perm recruitment, temp staffing
    , or
    HR solutions
    .
  • Strong network and credibility with HR and procurement stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to
    sell and negotiate
    at the leadership level.
  • Exposure to selling recruitment for
    mid to senior-level roles
    is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Highly energetic,
    target-driven
    , and self-motivated with a focus on outcomes.
