Key Responsibilities
Recruitment:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and onboarding).
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Support in employer branding and hiring activities.
Administration & Office Support:
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and procurement of office items.
- Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of office premises.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed.
- Assist management in day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
- Maintain records, files, and documentation as required.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment and office administration (freshers with good skills may also apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
