Key Responsibilities

Recruitment:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and onboarding).
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
  • Support in employer branding and hiring activities.

Administration & Office Support:

  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and procurement of office items.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of office premises.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed.
  • Assist management in day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain records, files, and documentation as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment and office administration (freshers with good skills may also apply).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
