Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR professional with 2+ years of experience in driving Strategic HR Initiatives, managing HR Analytics, dashboards and MIS. This role would include coordinating Request for Proposal (RFP) processes. The ideal candidate will support HR leadership in planning, execution, and monitoring of key HR projects, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination:

  • Support end-to-end planning and execution of HR projects and strategic initiatives.

  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment.

  • RFP Management:

  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and coordinating HR-related RFPs.

  • Collaborate with vendors, procurement, and legal teams during the RFP process.

  • Strategic HR Initiatives:

  • Support in driving organization-wide HR programs such as talent management, engagement, L&D, and change management initiatives.

  • Track initiative outcomes and suggest areas of improvement.

  • HR Analytics & Reporting:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to support strategic planning.

  • Develop dashboards and regular reports on key HR metrics for leadership.

  • Communication:

  • Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and documentation for leadership reviews.

  • Ensure clear, concise, and professional communication across teams.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and HR analytics tools (preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.
  • Understanding of HR processes and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA in Human Resources or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in an HR generalist, project coordination, or HR analytics role.
  • Exposure to RFP processes and vendor management.
