Voice Process Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telesales Executives to join our sales team focused on promoting and selling broadband/internet services to residential and small business customers. The ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, persuasive selling abilities, and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database or leads
  • Promote and sell broadband plans, upgrades, and additional services
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate internet packages
  • Explain features, pricing, and benefits clearly and confidently
  • Follow up with interested customers via phone, email, or SMS
  • Maintain and update customer records in CRM tools or sales trackers
  • Handle basic customer objections and escalate complex queries to the supervisor
  • Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction during the sales process

Requirements:

  • 0–2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferably in telecom or broadband sales)
  • Strong verbal communication skills in [Tamil / English / Regional Language]
  • Confidence, persistence, and persuasive selling ability
  • Basic understanding of broadband/internet services is an advantage
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is a plus
  • 10th/+2 / Graduate in any stream
