Samskara Resort is expanding to new locations, including Pushkar (2025), and upcoming projects in Bagru, Jawai, and Udaipur.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hotel Sales Manager, located in Jaipur. The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to attract guests and increase occupancy. Daily tasks include building strong relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to design promotional strategies and maintaining excellent customer relations to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Proven experience in customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing concerns professionally.
  • Demonstrated expertise in sales and sales management to drive revenue growth and achieve set targets.
  • Knowledge and ability in marketing to develop and execute successful promotional campaigns.
  • Proficiency in negotiation, planning, and organizational skills to successfully close deals and manage sales strategies.
  • Prior experience in hospitality or a related industry is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
