Job description
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic SMM plans to generate leads and drive
- customer acquisition.
- Create compelling and engaging content for various social media
- platforms to attract target audiences
- Design and manage paid SMM campaigns to effectively reach and convert
- potential leads.
- Monitor and analyze SMM performance metrics, making data-driven
- adjustments to optimize lead generation efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies
- messaging, and goals
- Identify and engage with potential leads through active social media
- listening and community engagement.
- Utilize A/B testing and experimentation to refine SMM tactics for maximum
- lead conversion.
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging
- platforms to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Implement lead capture mechanisms, such as landing pages and forms,
- and integrate them with CRM systems
- Measure and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead
- generation and conversion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts
- Experience with business to customer social media and content generation
- Strong creative and analytical skills
