Mega Walk-In Drive TCS Chennai is Hiring for Team Lead - WFA

Job Title: Team Lead - WFA

Date: December 13th, 2025

Timings: 10:00 AM 12:30 PM

Venue: 200 Feet Radial Rd, MCN Nagar Extension, Thoraipakkam, Tamil Nadu 600097, India

Shift: Should be comfortable with Night Shift & 24x7 Rotational Support. Work from Office only

Experience Required: 10-12 years

Employment Type: Full-Time

EPCN number is mandatory for eligibility of the interview

Eligibility:

  • Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education
  • Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts

Required skills

' - Lead teams providing Tier HR helpdesk support to the Employees, Line Managers, Vendors and 3rd parties

  • Team management, Team engagement and Succession planning

  • Ensure appropriate staffing as required

  • Financial and contract Management

  • Ensure policies and procedures are followed and Zero noncompliance across the engagement

  • Ensure the Service Levels are met consistently

  • Ensure data privacy requirements are followed with upmost focus. Drive regular awareness

  • Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, recommending improved procedures

  • Manage expectations from client stakeholders and internal leadership

  • Prepare and present data in internal and client governance forums.

  • Ability to drive a culture of high performance, continuous improvement and motivate the teams

  • Gather insights from the customer regarding seasonal spike in volumes, forecasting and arrange appropriate

staffing

Must have skills

1) Experience in WFA

2) Experience in handling Clients: escalations and reviews as well as daily interactions.

3) Should have handled a team of 15+ associates for a client

Good to Have Skills

1) Preferred experience on Country regulations
