Mega Walk In Drive || TCS Chennai Hiring for CatLog Management

Job Title: CatLog Management

Date: November 28th, 2025, Friday

Timings: 10:00 AM 12:30 PM

Venue: TCS Kumaran Nagar, 415/21-24, TNHB Main Rd, Sholinganallur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600119

Experience Required: 1-8 years

Eligibility:

Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education

Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts

Skills:

  • Knowledge of MS Office

  • Exposure to ERP (Oracle, SAP / Ariba / PEGA)

Responsibilities:

CatLog Creation & Onboarding

  • Create and onboard new CatLog items based on procurement inputs and vendor data.

  • Validate item attributes such as pricing, specifications, and supplier details.

  • Coordinate with sourcing and category teams to ensure catalogue completeness

CatLog Updates & Maintenance

  • Regularly update catalogue entries for price changes, item availability, and vendor modification s.

  • Ensure catalogue alignment with contracts and purchase agreements.

  • Maintain version control and audit logs for catalogue changes

Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure catalogue data integrity and adherence to master data governance policies.

  • Support catalogue audits and resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal teams.

  • Leverage GenAI tools for catalogue summarization and guided indenting where applicable.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Generate catalogue adoption reports and usage metrics.

  • Identify gaps in catalogue coverage and propose enhancements.

  • Support spends analytics and category insights using catalogue data.
