Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to design and execute HR strategies that support organizational goals.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, including recognition programs, well-being, and cultural alignment.
  • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, performance management, career development, and offboarding.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance.
  • Support workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with operations to manage office welfare initiatives, fun activities, and team-building programs.
  • Analyze HR data/metrics to recommend proactive solutions and process improvements.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the organization.
  • Work closely with leadership on organizational development and change management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 4–7 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2+ years as an HRBP or in a strategic HR capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Experience in fast-paced startups/tech environments is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build trust and strong working relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
