an e-commerce platform delivering pet food & pet supplies, with the goal of making pet

parenting easier and more accessible. With increasing demand for empathised veterinary

care and pet training services, Supertails has quickly added a fully digital tele-health vet

consultation division that employs a team of highly experienced in-house veterinarians to

serve that need.

Looking to grow at a faster rate after their latest round of funding, the brand is now focusing

on bringing international benchmarks of pet health care services to India by creating an

ecosystem of offline & at-home services.

Job Description:

You will be joining Supertails's business division, At-Home Services for Pets, which

focuses on delivering pet care services such as vaccinations, vet consultation, diagnostics,

pet sitting, and more for the pets in the comfort of their home.

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Associate to support and

manage the day-to-day operations of Supertails' At-Home Services (AHS) vertical. This

role is crucial in ensuring the smooth delivery of pet-care services by coordinating with internal

teams, veterinarians, para-veterinarians, vendors, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and coordination with customers and the vet team
  • Oversee logistics: service kits, replenishment of medical supplies, uniforms, and equipment
  • Liaise with vendors for procurement, service kits, uniforms, and event requirements
  • Support team requirements such as PG accommodations, travel, and basic facilities
  • Support in planning and executing marketing/community events (apartment drives, awareness events, etc.)
  • Maintain clear operational records, track expenses, and assist with reporting
  • Ensure compliance with service SOPs to guarantee smooth execution of home visits

What We're Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, admin, or vendor management (Startup/pet-care/healthcare experience is a plus)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
  • Comfortable coordinating with external vendors, field teams, and customers
  • Problem-solving attitude with ownership to get things done
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets/MS Excel for basic tracking and reporting
