Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Head to lead a small marketing team and drive our brand's digital presence. The role involves overseeing digital campaigns, content creation, graphic design, and marketing materials like brochures and creatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across all channels.
  • Manage and guide a small team of digital and design professionals.
  • Plan and monitor paid and organic campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Oversee design and branding for graphics, brochures, and other marketing collaterals.
  • Ensure strong online presence through SEO, social media, and website updates.
  • Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams for smooth execution of marketing plans.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in:
  • Digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Analytics, Email Marketing)
  • Graphic design software – CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva
  • Strong understanding of branding, content strategy, and visual design.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in B2B/B2C marketing.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.
  • Proven experience as Digital Marketing Manager or similar role
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
  • Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools
  • Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools
  • Skills and experience in creative content writing
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
