Job Title: Marketing Tele caller (with Recruitment Support)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Marketing Telecaller
who will primarily handle outbound and inbound calls for lead generation, client follow-ups, and promotional activities (90%). Additionally, the role will involve supporting basic recruitment coordination tasks (10%) such as sourcing candidates and scheduling interviews.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle outbound/inbound calls for lead generation and client engagement.

Follow up on marketing leads and maintain customer databases.

Assist HR in sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining records.

Requirements:

Graduate with 1–2 years of telecalling or marketing experience.

Good communication in English & Hindi.

Proficient in MS Office and email handling.

Positive, confident, and target-oriented personality.
