About The Role
We are hiring a
Sr. Process Analyst
for the
Employee Benefits
process. The role involves ensuring the quality and effectiveness of business operations, products, and services. The position requires managing end-to-end client servicing of accounts, processing endorsement calculations and issuance tasks as per IRDAI guidelines. A strong understanding of the policy life cycle and actions related to New Business, Renewals, and Mid-Term Adjustments is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process monthly/weekly/daily requests for additions, deletions, and corrections of employees for all accounts.
  • Prepare premium calculations and ensure the master file is consistently updated and maintained.
  • Maintain and reconcile Cash Deposit Trail Balance.
  • Ensure timely issuance of E-cards.
  • Accurately record all transactions and book revenue on the system in alignment with client requirements.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with clients and underwriters to ensure smooth transaction processing and issue resolution.
  • Apply critical thinking and sound judgment to business situations.
  • Follow best practices in business process and quality assurance.
  • Work independently or as part of a team to meet compliance and quality standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data with care.
  • Continuously learn and enhance skills to improve efficiency and process quality.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (calculations, pivot tables, etc.)
  • Excellent email writing and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong understanding of insurance processes and terminology
  • High level of ownership and accountability
  • Good interpersonal and team collaboration skills
  • Sound knowledge of the Employee Benefits (EB) insurance domain

Qualifications
Education:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in any specialization

Certifications

  • Insurance certification is an added advantage

Experience

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Employee Benefits within the Insurance domain
