What You'll Be Doing:

Handle inbound & outbound calls for US healthcare clients

Resolve queries with patience, professionalism & empathy

Accurately log call details and follow processes

Upsell/cross-sell services when needed

Meet targets for quality, accuracy & customer satisfaction

Work in rotational shifts & contribute to a high-energy team

Who Can Apply?

12th Pass / Graduates (BA/BCOM/BPharma / BBA / BSC {except HM& IT})

Excellent English communication skills

Freshers & recent pass-outs encouraged to apply

Previous BPO experience? Great – but not required

Not Eligible: B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, MBA, BCA, Hotel Management, and other technical/specialized degrees

PAN Card required during hiring process
