Your Role at a Glance:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for US healthcare clients
  • Provide excellent customer support by solving queries quickly and politely
  • Keep accurate records and follow company processes
  • Achieve targets on customer satisfaction and quality
  • Work in rotational night shifts and support team goals
  • Occasionally promote additional services through upselling

Who Can Apply?

  • Completed 12th / Intermediate or Graduates from any stream
  • Freshers with strong English communication skills
  • Previous BPO experience is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Exclusions: B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, MBA, BCA, Hotel Management, and other technical/specialized degrees
  • Must have a valid PAN Card
