Key Responsibilities:We re looking for an experienced UI UX Designer to join our growing teamAs a UI UX Designer you will craft intuitive and engaging digital experiences by combining user insights design systems and interface best practicesYou ll collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure every customer touchpoint is both usable and visually compellingKey ResponsibilitiesUser Centric DesignCreate wireframes prototypes and high fidelity UI designs with tools like Figma and Adobe Creative SuiteIntegrate user insights into design decisions and iterate based on feedback and analyticsConduct usability testing to refine designs and ensure a seamless user experienceDesign Execution SystemsMaintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all productsEnsure pixel perfect designs that align with brand guidelines and accessibility standardsWork closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI designs using your knowledge of design principles and architectureCollaboration CommunicationPartner with product managers developers and service designers to deliver cohesive solutionsPresent design concepts and final solutions clearly to stakeholdersTranslate complex user needs into elegant and efficient designs incorporating functional nonfunctional requirementsProject Time ManagementOwn design processes for medium to large projects from concept to deliveryManage competing priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining qualityApply performance engineering insights to optimize designs for speed and efficiencyTesting Quality AssuranceWrite test cases and scenarios based on functional specificationsMaintain awareness of the latest design technologies and trends to inform your workRequired Qualifications3 years of experience in UI UX design preferably in digital product environmentsStrong portfolio showcasing user flows UI designs and prototypesProficient in Figma Mural Adobe Creative Suite and prototyping toolsSolid understanding of responsive design interaction design accessibility and the SDLCExcellent communication and problem solving skills with experience in Agile teamsPreferred SkillsExperience in e commerce or SaaS platformsBasic understanding of front end development for better collaboration with engineersTechnical Requirements:User Interface User ExperiencePreferred Skills:Domain->User Experience Design->Interaction design,Technology->User Experience Design->Morae->Recording the user interface
