that prepare them for career readiness. Our programs are activity-based, practice-driven, and designed to help students build real-world skills inside the classroom.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging training sessions on modules such as:
  • Spoken English & Communication Skills
  • Interview Preparation
  • Resume Writing
  • LinkedIn for Career Advancement
  • Workplace Readiness Skills
  • Facilitate
    interactive, activity-based learning

using worksheets, role-plays, and group activities.
- Track student participation and progress through assessments and worksheets.
- Collaborate with program managers to ensure curriculum delivery as per schedule.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to boost confidence and skill development.

Important Note

  • This role
    involves traveling to multiple community centers

where our program will be implemented in partnership with different organizations.
- Freshers are welcome

and encouraged to apply with enthusiasm to learn and grow.

Key Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline (Education, Social Sciences, English, HR preferred).
  • Strong communication skills in
    English

.
- Ability to execute
activity-based and experiential learning

methods.
- Prior experience in teaching/training/facilitation (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to travel to multiple centers as required.
