Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Java Developer Trainer. The Java Developer Trainer will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in software development, particularly in programming with Java, Microservices, and the Spring Framework. Daily tasks include preparing and delivering lectures, designing curriculum, guiding students through hands-on projects, assessing student performance, and providing support and feedback to help them achieve their career goals. The role also involves staying updated with the latest industry trends and integrating these insights into the training curriculum.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Java and Programming skills
  • Proficiency in Software Development and Microservices
  • Experience with the Spring Framework
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Passion for teaching and mentoring students
  • Ability to design and update curriculum based on industry trends
  • Relevant teaching or training certification is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
