Company Overview:
We are a leading supplier of Interlocking Rubber Flooring Tiles, offering durable and eco-friendly flooring solutions for gyms, play areas, commercial spaces, and more. As we expand our presence in Jaipur and surrounding regions, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell interlocking rubber flooring tiles to clients in B2B and B2C segments.
- Generate new business leads through field visits, cold calling, and referrals.
- Develop strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, dealers, and builders.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable product solutions.
- Conduct product demos and site visits as required.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and maintain client records.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate in any discipline; background in Sales/Marketing is a plus.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales (preferably in flooring, tiles, interiors, or related products).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must be familiar with Jaipur and surrounding markets.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, CRM tools if applicable).
- Two-wheeler preferred for local travel.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
