Job Title: Sales Manager – Granite/Marble/Quartz

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Department: Sales & Business Development

Experience Required: Minimum 4–5 years in sales/business development in Granite, Marble, Quartz, Tiles, or related building materials industry

Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Compensation: As per industry standards

Job Purpose

To drive sales growth and strengthen the company's market presence in the Granite, Marble, and Quartz industry. The role focuses on expanding client networks, managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring revenue growth in domestic and export markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Generate new business by connecting with architects, builders, contractors, interior designers, and dealers.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Identify and develop new markets, track competitors, and create business opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms to maximize profitability.
  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams for timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
  • Mentor and guide sales executives in achieving sales goals.

Key Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of natural and engineered stones (Granite, Marble, Quartz) and industry trends.
  • Proven sales track record with ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Excellent networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle both domestic and export markets (preferred).
  • Strong client relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and leadership capabilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500, ₹600,000.00 per year
