Job Description:

  • 8-10 years experience of SAP experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)Core, EC-Benefits, Time Off, Timesheet and knowledge in integration with other 3rd Party tools.
  • End to End implementation experience in SF Employee Central with Time Off & Timesheet and Benefits.
  • Understanding of business processes related to Core HR
  • Strong experience in EC implementation project and collaboratively work with team
  • Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Strong problem-solving skills, be self-directed, and be capable of working with minimal supervision.
  • Must have a strong, demonstrated commitment to customer service and be committed to a proactive review of processes and procedures to continually enhance service quality and service delivery
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers.
  • Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Should have worked on end-to end implementation projects.
  • Good knowledge in handling Succession and Corporate Data models, should have configured MDF, Foundation objects
  • Expert in creating workflows, Business rules as per the business needs.
  • Good knowledge in designing role-based permissions.
  • Experience on Integration center and integrating EC with other modules
  • Basic knowledge in EC reporting, Creating adhoc/advanced reports
  • Basic knowledge on integrating EC with other modules like RCM, PMGM, Comp etc
  • Experience in integrating EC with On-premise or legacy SAP systems is an added advantage.
