· 5-7 years of experience in Platform, Cloud, Software Engineering, or relevant technical roles, with a focus on AWS and a strong understanding of other cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.

· Strong Individual Contributor: Build tools, frameworks, and automation to streamline workflows and accelerate product delivery.

· Cloud Landing Zone: Lead the evolution of secure, governed, and scalable cloud architecture.

· Continuous Improvement: Drive engineering excellence by mentoring teams and fostering best practices.

· Security & Compliance: Define and implement robust security measures in collaboration with compliance teams.

· Cross-Team Collaboration: Align product, engineering, and business teams to ensure successful system delivery.

· Technical Debt: Identify, prioritize, and remediate organizational technical gaps and debt.

· Solve Challenges: Address complex, organization-wide technical problems with innovative solutions.

· Strategic Influence: Act as a subject matter expert in high-level technical and business decisions.

· Strong understanding of DevOps methodologies and SRE best practices.

· Familiarity with cloud architecture patterns and frameworks, microservices, containers, and serverless computing.

· Proficiency in scripting or programming languages (PowerShell, Python, or similar) for automation and infrastructure management in AWS, as well as IAC like Terraform and CloudFormation.

· Deep understanding of networking, security, and identity and access management (IAM) in cloud environments.

· In-depth knowledge of cloud computing concepts, including expertise in designing cloud-based solutions using IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS models.

· Proficient in performing in-depth analysis, complex technical troubleshooting, and problem resolution

· Ability to mentor and influence engineers and peers, fostering a culture of collaboration and technical excellence.

· Experience working within geographically distributed organizations.

· Professional written and interpersonal skills.

· AWS Or Azure certifications (AWS Solution Architect, Developer, etc) are a plus but not required.
