You will own and grow the CA business vertical by solving customer adoption challenges and designing GTM strategies based on insights. The role involves leading a high-performance sales team to drive business growth through onboarding Chartered Accountants, Accountants, and Tax Practitioners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Acquisition & Referrals: Acquire and activate a wide network of Chartered Accountants, Accountants & Tax Practitioners across India; drive referrals and accelerate market penetration.
  • Sales Leadership: Build, lead, and inspire a high-performance sales team to deliver consistent month-on-month growth.
  • KPI Monitoring: Track onboarding volume, activation rates, revenue per acquisition, and base growth; take corrective actions to achieve AOP targets.
  • Strategy & GTM Execution: Develop and execute scalable sales strategies, territory plans, and onboarding frameworks to establish market leadership.
  • Problem Solving & Growth Unlocking: Identify market challenges and bottlenecks; proactively unlock new channels and growth levers.
  • Analytics-Driven Decisions: Leverage data to analyze funnels, identify high-performing segments, and optimize sales productivity.
  • Process Excellence: Standardize workflows for lead handling, onboarding, activation, and retention to ensure efficiency at scale.
