Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Datacenter L2 Support position located in Bengaluru. The Datacenter L2 Support professional will oversee the day-to-day operations of data centers, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and providing technical support. Responsibilities include responding to infrastructure issues, ensuring operational continuity, and supporting data center infrastructure upgrades. Additionally, the role will involve collaborating with IT teams and adhering to service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure seamless functionality of data center services.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Data Center Operations and Infrastructure Management
  • Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
  • Hands-on experience with managing and maintaining Data Centers especially Network
  • Good understanding of IT systems and the ability to operate in fast-paced environments
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and meet SLAs
  • Ability and experience in leading the L1 Team
  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
  • Certifications in data center operations or Networking is preferred
