- Sales & Client Management:
- Build relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct meetings to understand client needs and recommend appropriate car insurance.
- Prepare and present insurance proposals and policies.
- Negotiate terms and conditions.
- Manage renewals and cancellations.
- Policy & Claims Processing:
- Coordinate with insurance providers to generate competitive quotes.
- Explain policy benefits, features, and the claims process to customers.
- Collect KYC documents and ensure timely policy issuance.
- Handle endorsements, such as changes to policy details.
- Process and manage auto claims, including first notification of loss (FNOL) and status inquiries.
- Administrative & Compliance:
- Maintain accurate databases of policy information and customer records.
- Liaise with insurance companies, agents, and brokers for approvals.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Track and report on sales performance and other relevant data.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
