**Job Title**: Insurance Executive

**Location**: Jyostna Hospital, TC Palya Nagar

**Salary**: INR 25,000 per month

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Insurance Executive to join our team at Jyostna Hospital located in TC Palya Nagar. As an Insurance Executive, you will play a vital role in managing and facilitating insurance processes, ensuring smooth interactions between our hospital and insurance providers. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate with insurance companies, patients, and hospital staff to ensure accurate billing, timely claims processing, and efficient reimbursement.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Insurance Claims Processing**: Handle all aspects of insurance claims processing, including verifying patient insurance coverage, accurately completing claim forms, and submitting claims to insurance companies in a timely manner.
- **Billing Coordination**: Collaborate with the billing department to ensure accurate and timely submission of insurance claims and invoices.
- **Insurance Verification**: Verify patient insurance coverage prior to scheduling appointments or procedures, and communicate coverage details to patients and relevant hospital staff.
- **Authorization Management**: Obtain pre-authorizations from insurance companies for medical procedures, tests, and treatments as required.
- **Follow-up and Resolution**: Follow up on outstanding insurance claims, denials, and discrepancies to ensure timely resolution and maximum reimbursement for services rendered.
- **Documentation and Record-keeping**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of insurance claims, payments received, and outstanding balances.
- **Communication**: Serve as a liaison between the hospital, insurance companies, and patients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and discrepancies related to insurance coverage and claims processing.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a similar role in the healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in insurance claims processing, including knowledge of insurance terminology, billing codes, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, insurance providers, and hospital staff.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
- Familiarity with relevant software and systems for insurance claims management and billing.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

**Salary**: ₹9,841.43 - ₹34,264.04 per month
