Qualifications:

  • UG: B.Tech / B.E. in Any Specialization or Diploma

Experience:

  • 1–2 years overall technical experience
  • 0–1 years in Solar-related field (2 years preferred)

We are in search of a Junior Solar Engineer
, who is passionate about designing and testing new concepts and parameters in order to achieve the most effective design, which is also the most competitive as per the technical and commercial constraints.

The following abilities are required for the Junior Solar Engineer role:

  1. GD&T principles must be clear.
  2. DFMA concepts must be fluent.
  3. Manufacturing knowledge is a must.
  4. Must be fluent in design software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
  5. Must be fluent in English.
  6. Communication skills must be efficient and effective.
  7. Must have knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management.
  8. Should have good knowledge of office tools for better productivity.
  9. Creative skills are a must.
  10. The person should have a ready-to-go attitude for all challenges.
  11. Should be well-versed with basic engineering concepts.
  12. Skills for vendor realization.
  13. Knowledge of how electrical systems work.
  14. Knowledge of how solar panels work.
  15. Geographical knowledge will be an added advantage.
  16. Ability to create drawings & product-related documents for vendor, customer, and internal requirements.
